Villa Soleil Maya is a brand new custom home built in a contemporary Mexican style. It is located on a quiet cul de sac called Palenque just three minutes from the beach and less to the Reef Club.
The entry terrace has a Bistro flair with a table for two and a friendly view of the neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom. The master has a king sized bed and room for a cot for an extra child plus a very nice sunning terrace. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. They are separated by a family room with TV, DVD, VCR and 2 seating areas. The third bedroom has twin beds and is downstairs offering a lot of comfort and privacy.
All of the rooms have custom window treatments and bedding. The living room and dining room have custom built furniture while the kitchen is well equipped and open to the rest of the house. You will love all the local artwork and personal touches that the homeowners have collected. There is a ½ bath and a separate laundry room as well.
The best surprise is the huge terrace behind the villa. It has several seating areas, including an outdoor palapa bar and an outdoor shower for after the beach. A path leads to the shared hotel sized swimming pool and tennis court and to the ocean, less than a three minute walk to the turquoise water and white sandy beach.
This is the perfect spot to spend your vacation - just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and boutiques of Playa del Carmen’s popular and eclectic 5th Avenue.

Rental Policy

Reservations require a 50% DEPOSIT PLUS SECURITY DEPOSIT within 7 DAYS of booking for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: The reservation will automatically be canceled if payment is not received on time. The BALANCE of RENTAL must be received within 60 DAYS prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking
