Fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans throughout the house, Casa Matteya has all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home including satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. The living room is furnished with modern style and has a sofa, loveseat, coffee table and end tables. The dining set seats 8 and is also in a modern style. Kitchen is fully equipped. The large master bedroom has a private and relaxing Jacuzzi.
Access to Nearby Reef Club Resort
Guests of Casa Matteya may use the Playacar VIP card giving you free access to the owner's beach club at the Reef Club Resort's pool, lounge chairs and beach area. You may also choose to pay for the half or full day pass for a discounted fee. This pass entitles you to all meals, snacks, beverages, non-motor water sports activities, gym, pool activities and a special supervised play area for children. The nighttime pass also includes the nightly show and entrance to the resort disco. Nearby activities include swimming pool, golf, tennis, beach, scuba, snorkeling, shopping and more!

Rental Policy

Reservations require a 50% DEPOSIT PLUS SECURITY DEPOSIT within 7 DAYS of booking for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: The reservation will automatically be canceled if payment is not received on time. The BALANCE of RENTAL must be received within 60 DAYS prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking
