This is a "general ad" for summer weekly beach to bay rentals. From 2-3 bedroom condos to 4-7 bedroom townhouses. May thru October rental possibilities.

Pricing depends on the location (beach front, beach block...), # of bedrooms and the period of time.
The pictures are only a very small sample of the type/style of properties that are available to rent. PET RENTALS and properties with ELEVATORS are available. Rental Policy

Family rental possibilities. Lease signed by tenant & property owner. Initial payment required is 35% to 50% of total depending on when the property is booked to when the rental begins. Must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to check in.

Arrival Times

Weekly rentals - Saturday to Saturday. 2pm is check in. 11am is check out.
