3 No ADDITIONAL APARTMENTS - 1 nos 2 bedroom and 2 no 3 Bedroom - are presently being commissioned at ANSAL’S CELEBRITY HOMES CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. We expect to be able to offer these apartments with effect from 30th October 2007.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For TENURES / PERIODS of LESS Than SEVEN (7) Days, our BED+BREAKFAST FACILITY is offered at Rs.2100/- per day for Single Occupancy and Rs.3,582/-per day for DOUBLE Occupancy.
Rates are inclusive of VAT+ALL TAXES as existent on date.
F.(i) Payments are accepted in cash and / or Bank Draft/s/Certified Cashier’s Cheques/Wire transfers against bill/s raised, receipts must be obtained for all payments made.
(ii) Facility for accepting payment/s via Credit Card/s / Debit Card/s is being introduced shortly.
(iii) FULL REFUND is made of advance payments received against confirmed reservations when cancellation requests are received least 72 hours before the check in date. For cancellations received prior to 72 hours and the check in date a cancellation fee, in respect of Service Apartments only, of INR Rs. 6,000/- will be deducted from the advance received and the balance amount remitted back via bank transfer.
Kindly allow THREE (3) working days for dispatch of refund remittances.
