This fully equipped two bedroom, two bedroom Wimbledon Condominium is located in Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private community located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from the historic village of Blowing Rock.

This wonderful lower level Wimbledon Condominium offers all of the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the Racquet Club, indoor pool, and one of the Yonahlossee Resort's fitness centers. If you enjoy watching tennis players serve and volley on tournament quality clay tennis courts, then this may be the home away from home just for you.

The cozy Great Room focuses around an inviting, stone, wood-burning fireplace. Sliding glass doors in the Great Room encourage guests to step outside and relax on the covered deck overlooking the tennis courts. The fully equipped Kitchen, complete with microwave and dishwasher, is open to the Great Room and Dining Area via a pass-through window.

The attractively decorated Master Bedroom offers queen bed, large windows, walk-in closet, and full en suite bath with tub. The Guest Bedroom with full bed can utilize the full bath with tub located just across the hall.

Although our cool Summer temperatures average a comfortable 75 degrees, Wimbledon 135-1 is air conditioned providing comfort on those rare, warmer days. The home is complete with linens, paper products, and basic cleaning products. A departure cleaning is included in the nightly rental.

Rental Policy

A 50% advanced rent payment is required in order to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will result in full forfeiture of the advanced rent unless the home is rerented for the same number of days and at the same rent.

Arrival Times

Check-in is between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. Special arrangements can be made for late arrival.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Nightly rates vary according to the season and how long you would like to stay. Reduced rates are offered for stays of three days or longer. Weekly and monthly rates are also available.
