Whether it's summer time leisure fun you seek or a fabulous winter playground, the Lorimer Ridge Lodge is the place to enjoy it all. We have 10 bedrooms and can sleep up to 24.

Rental Policy

1)There will be a max. of 24 people. 2)The tenant agrees not to assign or sublet. 3)No pets allowed. 4)Smoking is not permitted. 5)(a)The owner may claim the amount nec. to replace any damage caused by the tenant.(b)All common areas shall be left in a reasonably clean manner with any kitchenware that is utilized is cleaned.(c) Excessive noise by the tenant or guests shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund & a $250 fine. 6)CANCELLATION POLICY: all booking deposits & final payments are under all circumstances non-refundable. 7)The owner is also not responsible for lost or stolen items belonging to the tenant. 9)We DO NOT accept Gentlemen's stag or Grad bookings-Subject to immediate eviction without refund & a $250 fine. 10) Booking tenant must be a minimum of 25 years of age. 11) Minors must be at all times chaperoned by a minimum of two adults with a minimum age of 30 years.

Arrival Times

Check in time is 4 pm.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekends are a minimum three night booking (exception: during October and November weekends are a two night minimum booking).
