The main living accommodations are the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. The house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second has twins. Two additional people may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.
The main living area is open and contains a kitchen dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a bed. It is not large and is perfect for a couple or up to 6 youngsters.
The home is fully equipped and a resident caretaker is on site.
Rental Policy
A deposit of one thrid is required within one week of reserving time. The remainder is due 30 days befoe arrival. Refund if the home can be rerented.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
House and pool house for 4 people $325 per day. Additional people $35 per day. Cleaning fee $200. Hawaii tax 11.42%. One week minimum.
