Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Property is "Pet Friendly" and allows pets with non refundable pet fee added to rental. Two night minimum typically required but last minute reservations may be allowed one night rentals depending on occupancy. Additional fees include 10% tax, $75.00 cleaning fee and $45.00 damage protector fee.
