Villa Moresca is a very special arabesque style villa situated on the delightful Amalfi Coast between the towns of Positano and Amalfi. This amazing property provides unique accommodation boasting a beautiful private swimming pool and sun terraces.

Property Details

Situated above the lovely village of Conca dei Marini on the beautiful Amalfi coast, Villa Moresca is extremely comfortably furnished. The villa, reached by 160 steps from the main road, is built on a slope, and the accommodation spreads over three floors.

On the lowest level is the gorgeous swimming pool (10m x 4m) with sun terrace furnished with sunloungers and with a fantastic view of the bay below. (On this level reached via external steps there is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room).

The middle floor has a dining room with patio doors leading onto a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and two double bedrooms (one with balcony) which share a modern shower room. Internal steps lead from the middle floor to an spacious attic bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with hydromassage bath tub and a terrace with an enchanting view overlooking the sea. With external access via steps from the main villa is another annex twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Villa Moresca is the perfect choice for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in a this beautiful area of Italy. Its private swimming pool is a special highlight and there is plenty of room for relaxing , soaking up the atmosphere and the stunning views both by the pool and on the sunny terrace.

When you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot, there is plenty to see in the area. Lovely whitewashed towns such as Positano and Amalfi built loftily on the hillsides looking down towards the clear blue sea are close by, and you can also enjoy a trip to Mount Vesuvius or the ruins at Pompeii. Sorrento is also well worth a visit, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and delightful maze of shops, cafes and restaurants which are a joy to explore.

The local bus service reaches many of the local towns, and there are normally organised excursions available. There are also boat trips along the coast, and to the beautiful islands of Ischia and Capri.

The cuisine in this area is superb, what better to lazily shop for the local produce and excellent fresh fish, to then dine alfresco on your own terrace overlooking the sea, or try out one of the selection of local restaurants or even a delicious Neopolitan pizza.

Note: As the villa is built on the hillside, there are steps to the villa, seafront and surrounding area, therefore this property may not be suitable for persons with walking difficulties.
Electricity for up to 200 kwhs per week is included, extra consumption is payable locally.
The villas caretaker has use of a room underneath the villa whilst looking after the house and pool, but will avoid disturbing your privacy.
Extra services, such as maid service, cook, private excursions and guides can all be organised locally on request.

Rental Policies

PAYMENT TERMS: 25% of the rental cost on booking and the balance of 75% to be received by us two months before the beginning of the rental period.
