Thanks for Checking Us Out. We have three fantastic beach houses right at Playa Palo Seco. This five mile beach is on an beautiful island that is nearly private, loaded with Costa Rican charm and safe.

We offer three houses on the sand for rental.
(1) Casa Teka- A charming one bed/one bath, two story with balcony love shack. Max 4 people: 480/wk.
(2) Cindy's Garden - Two bed/two bath two story house to write that novel at. Max 6 people: $800/wk

(3) Al Estero - With three bed/two bath, pool and BBQ cabana, this place screams party house. Max 8 people:
$990 wk.

Rental Policy

Rent is payable in full 15 days in advance of arrival. Failure to make timely advance payment will be treated as a cancelation.
All deposits and rent are payable in U.S. funds.
Check in time is flexible but check out time is 10 am firm.
Your right to occupy and use the property you rent is revocable without prior notice if you possess or use any prohibited substances, or engage in any other illegal activity, on the property, or deliberately or negligently damage the property or any of its contents, or if any loud, boisterous, violent or unseemly conduct by you or anyone permitted by you to be on the property creates a disturbance brought to the attention of the police or of the management.

Arrival Times

Flexible as neccesary. We understand flight and cow herds crossing the road delays.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation and the remaining balance due 15 days before the first date of occupying the rental.
Cancellation/deposit refund policy:
90 days before scheduled arrival - full refund
60-89 days before scheduled arrival - 75% refund
30-59 days before scheduled arrival - 50% refund
0-29 days before scheduled arrival - No refund
