Our home can comfortably accommodate two families (sleeps 8 people) with three bedrooms, fold out sleeping sofa, three full baths, and two living rooms on multiple levels. With family and privacy at the same time, this home is the perfect solution for big family vacations. If you are looking for a mountain retreat or a family vacation, this has it all. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the mountains.

Rental Policy

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are weekly rental only.
Weekend rates are 225 for Thursday - Sunday rental.
Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred for weekly rental.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

September Rates
$500.00 per week until October 2nd.
$300.00 per weekend (Thur to Sat).

Beautiful View of Leaves in October
$700.00 per week October 3rd through October 24th.

Rates for Thanksgiving
$700.00 per week November 21st through November 28th.

Rates for Christmas
$700.00 per week December 19th through January 2nd.

Weekly rental is 500.00 Saturday to Saturday.
Weekend rates are 300.00 for Thursday - Saturday rental.
Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred for weekly rental.
Check-in is at 5:00pm, Check out is at 10:00am. $100.00 cleaning fee is not included. 10.75% North Carolina Tax is not included. 50% reservation deposit due 1 month in advance of use. Deposits become future credit if cancellation occurs between 14 and 30 days Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is less than 14 days from arrival. Final payment and $200 security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival.
