Imagine this... a tropical island 34 miles long packed with fine restaurants, exciting night clubs, tropical bars and taverns, great offshore and bay fishing and not to mention fabulous shopping. Our Gulfview complex consists of two buildings, Gulfview I condominiums (Rm 108,109,111) and Gulfview II condominiums (Rm 106,210) are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the beachside of South Padre Island across from the Sherato Hotel and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Its located near the beach, no streets to cross and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat. Coin operated laundry facilities are on the premises. Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the complex. The master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable tv., and two queen size beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, fullsize refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffeemaker and a complete set of everything to create meals. The living area features a large cable tv., queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cold afternoon drink on our balcony which has a table and two chairs. Outside ammenities include big swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq pit area, basketball court, tennis court, a club house for small psrties parties next to swimming pool.

Rental Policy

Total amount of rental is due at check in. Check in 3:00pm/ Check out 12:00 noon Occupancy tax 13.25% Cleaning fee $25.00

3/night minimum. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please call Viviana @ 956-792-3550 to confirm rates. Reservation deposit of one night is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to damage deposit at time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on lenght of stay and number of people.
