Our luxurious two, bedroom, two bath Palms at Wailea condominium is located in the world-renowned vacation resort destination of Wailea (sunny South Maui) -- one of the more exclusive areas on the island.

The Palms at Wailea is less than a half mile from spectacular beaches with abundant parking. A very short drive or stroll South will meander past 5 star luxury hotels and restaurants, the upscale Shops at Wailea, and golf courses hosting PGA tournaments.

The second floor condo is one of the few in the complex with vaulted ceilings. The condominium faces west to capture breathtaking sunsets over the ocean.

Mirrored walls and closet doors, luxurious furnishings and abundant artwork enhance your vacation stay in paradise. The 1300 sf condo is fully airconditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (all dishes and cookware provided) and offers granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water, pantry, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. An efficient stack washer/dryer in the condo is a convenience for longer stays.

We provide free high-speed internet access via ethernet hardwire or wireless connections for your convenience in case you need to keep in touch with the world while traveling.

The 220 sq. ft., covered lanai offers views of the ocean in the distance and the flowering, manicured grounds below. The lanai is furnished with a private gas grill, lounge chairs, a tropical glass dining table and chairs for four.

The large master suite has a comfortable king bed, TV, cable, DVD, telephone, oriental wood carved window panels and dividers, and mirrored closet doors.

There is even room for a Pack 'n Play (provided) or a rental baby crib in the master suite. The private bath offers an oriental soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The queen guest bedroom offers a ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors, telephone, and continues the oriental decor with black lacquer panel doors serving as headboard and carved wood window panels.

The main living room has a Bose Radio (w/CD player), DVD/VCR and a quality queen sleeper sectional sofa. The formal dining table has room for 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast counter. Designer lighting throughout the condo adds ambience. Cable TV is also in the living room and kichen (separate controls for each).

The Palms at Wailea development is designed with beautiful, off-white building exteriors with tiered, manicured grounds, tropical foliage and plantings, meandering streams and privacy. The pool/spa and clubhouse enjoys a premier view of the ocean and of the artfully maintained landscaping adorning the gently rolling grounds. No need to bring beach towels, boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, sand buckets or a child booster seat. They are already here for your convenience.

Rental Rates

$260.00 to $330.00 per day

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Add 11.42% Hawaii tax to all rates. See owner web site for detailed rate information. Check with owner for holiday rates and seasonal specials. $500 refundable deposit required in addition to rent/tax and rental agreement required. Minimum 7-10 nights. If shorter stay approved, cleaning fee is passed along to guest.
