Home of the Jacksonville Jaguars football team, and host of Super Bowl 2005, FL/GA, ACC Championship and Gator Bowl football games. Park and lock transportation to football games is three miles. City bus transportation is within 1/2 block and several tax services are available as well.

Minutes away from many professional golf courses (Sawgrass, Queens Harbor, Windor Park, etc.) and the Tournament Players Championship (TPC).

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date by fax or email. A $100 nonrefundable deposit required upon acceptance of agreement. The deposit will be applied to the TOTAL upon check in. No refunds for shortened stays. Holidays and special events require nonrefundable payment in full.

Other Fees: None We DO NOT have any cleaning fees or security deposits!!!

Other Policies: Reservations are guaranteed upon receiving a completed reservation form. If fax is not convenient, after your review of our reservation form, we can call and get the required information.
