Our Kihei Akahi, 1BR/1Bath, ocean view condo is newly remodeled and professionally decorated in a Hawaiian style with artwork from local artists. You'll find everything you need to relax and immerse yourself in the Aloha spirit of Maui. Our condo is perfect for special people like you who enjoy the luxury of having that first cup of coffee sitting on the lanai, watching the changing colors of the sky and ocean, smelling the scent of plumeria and listening to the birds sing. Or enjoy a Maui sunset sipping a Mai Tai before a romantic moonlight walk on the beach.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to make your favorite meals if you choose to cook or you can walk a short distance to some of the best restaurants and shops in Kihei. Wailea is just a five minute drive for great shopping.

While there is an air conditioner most guests rarely use it because of the wonderful tropical breeze that naturally cools the condo when the windows are open.

Located on the 4th floor of the C building in Kihei Akahi, we're 100 yards from the soft sands and warm waters of Kamaole Beach II, where you can relax on the beach, snorkel, boogie board or body surf. Our unit has beach towels, mats, umbrella, chairs and cooler for your use. If you enjoy walking, a path along the beach connects to the Wailea resort area. There is an activity desk at the complex to help you schedule activities such as luau's, Molokini trips, etc. Since we live close-by, we have a guest book with some of our favorite Maui activities and restaurants, snorkeling spots, and beaches too.

The Kihei Akahi tennis court opens at 7:00am so you can get in that early morning game. Golf is available at one of 6 world class courses within 5-10 minutes drive.

We pride ourselves in maintaining our condo with very high standards with regard to aesthetic appeal and cleanliness. There is no smoking within the condo or on the lanai. No pets are allowed.

Rental Rates

$120.00 to $165.00 per day
$700.00 to $1,015.00 per week
$2,700.00 to $3,750.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates:
• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. A fee of $10 per guest per night will be charged for each additional guest. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent. This deposit is not refundable.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and one time $100 cleaning fee
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave our condo and its contents undamaged. If not we will charge you for damages.
