Our home is located on a public golf course right next to the club house, minutes from the strip and airport

The home is 4 bedroom 3 bath with a fountain entry enclosed and floor to ceiling windows in living room, dining room, master bedroom. It has two fireplaces a pool with a jaccuzi outside and a jaccuzi, sauna inside. It has a skylight in each bathroom with a golf course pool veiw from the kitchen. Air conditioning through out and a plasma screen in living room with cable and pay-per-view in all bedrooms. The two living rooms have couches that also double as sleeping areas.
2 BBQ's outback with Tiki lights around the pool for evening fun. There are all appliances and wood floors with a comfortable dining area and bar with stools in kitchen. Washer Dryer and one car garage. Workout room off of pool. Covered enclosed parking on side of house with large parking area in front.

The home must be left as you find it except for normal cleaning, deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property
