A short walk from the house is a small locally owned grocery store as well as a locally owned restaurant. No need to drive into town!



The accommodations in this two bedroom home include one queen size bed and two twins as well as two twin-size pull out beds (sleeps up to 6 with a maximum of 4 adults).



Rental Policy Terms and Conditions:

*Lease Agreement required.

*No more than 4 adults allowed for overnight stay.

*Add 15 percent State and Local Occupancy Tax to rates.

*Refundable Security/Damage Deposit required.

*Minimum age to sign lease agreement is 26.

*Bring your own beach towels.

*No Smoking.
