Property Details

We are located in the beautiful Alki beach area of West Seattle on Beach Drive, which runs along the water. We're located across the street from the water with a view of the puget sound from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms. We have 3 queen size beds, 1 large bathroom (divided by a pocket door), second bathroom with a shower, and a 1/2 bath off the laundry room. We have a garden area with a covered patio, and a deck with patio table, Weber BBQ grills, and much much more. Recently Comcast Internet access was added. Many channels of Comcast t.v. are also available, with vcr & dvd players . There's lots of parking space also.

We're 15 minutes to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport.
Close by is Alki Beach with it's many restaurants, coffee-shops, and attractions. The Admiral Junction also is very close by with even more restaraunts, shope, bookstores, and grocery stores.
There is an abundance of parks all around the area too.

Rental Policies

Please no pets and no smoking.
We ask guests to honor the neighborhood by no loud parties.

Rental Rates

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We rent by the month only, with no minimum beyond the monthly rental requirement.
We require a deposit to secure your reservation. Rates vary by in-season and low season and holidays, festivals, & local events. A security deposit is required before check-in.
