Imagine sitting in your livingroom with the Pacific ocean right in front of you! Almost 180 degrees of ocean viewing from our great room: Livingroom, diningroom, huge kitchen, game area, fireplace, telescope and much more. Minutes to Newport.

Property Details

Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is 2 story with the great room upstairs and a master suite downstairs.
Nestled in pine trees on a quite street away from traffic noise, this is the place to relax.
The house is fully furnished with all the kitchen necessities we could think of that we'd use. Bathrooms have towels & washcloths, liquid soap for bathing, and a hairdryer. There is a separate laundryroom with washer and dryer too. (starter soap powder available, then you're on your own).
Upstairs are 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is the master suite, with king size bed, shower bath room, walk in closet, and sitting area with sofa (bed). There is also a t.v. here too with dvd & vhs.
Bring your sandals and shades, your favorite book, friends, family, and/or business associates for a great time of relaxing and enjoying the ambience. You won't be disappointed!
Wireless Internet available. Hot-tub recently added.

Rental Policy

Please no pets and no smoking.
We ask guests to honor the neighborhood by no loud parties.
Please bring slippers so you don't have to wear shoes inside.
We've found this keeps our carpets looking nice for everyone.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out-time is 11 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We have a Special Rate in the off-season of $275.00 per night with a 4 night minimum (excluding holidays & local events).

Regular rental rates are $300.00 & $350.00 per night for up to 10 people.

For festivals and holidays we also have a 4 night minimum. Rates for holidays & festivals are $400/$450.00.

In June, July & August we have a 7 night reservation requirement. Rate is $1700.00/$1900.00.

We require a deposit to secure your reservation; $350.00 due with the reservation.

A security deposit of $500.00 is required before check-in and is fully refundable if there is no damage.
