Property Description

Imagine sitting in your livingroom and seeing the Pacific ocean right in front of you! Almost 180 degrees of ocean viewing from our great room: Livingroom, diningroom, huge kitchen, game area, fireplace, telescope and much more. Minutes to Newport.

Property Details

Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is 2 story with the great room upstairs and a master suite downstairs.
Nestled in pine trees on a quite street away from traffic noise, this is the place to relax.
The house is fully furnished with all the kitchen necessities we could think of that we'd use. Bathrooms have towels & washcloths, liquid soap for bathing, and a hairdryer. There is a separate laundryroom with washer and dryer too. (starter soap powder available, then you're on your own).
Upstairs are 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is the master suite, with king size bed, shower bath room, walk in closet, and sitting area with sofa (bed). There is also a t.v. here.
Bring your sandals and shades, your favorite book, friends, family, and/or business associates for a great time of relaxing and enjoying the ambience. You won't be disappointed!

Rental Policy

Please no pets and no smoking.
We ask guests to honor the neighborhood by no loud parties.
Please bring slippers so you don't have to wear shoes inside.
We've found this keeps our carpets looking nice for everyone.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out-time is 11 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We have a minimum of 2 nights stay in the off-season (October to June) and a 3 nights stay in the summer months and for festivals and holidays. In August we ask for 7 days reservations.
We require a deposit to secure your reservation. The minimum deposit is $350.00 due with the reservation.
Rates vary by in-season and low season and holidays, festivals, & local events. A security deposit of $500.00 is required before check-in and is fully refundable if there is no damage.
