Beautiful courtyard villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a garden and a private swimming pool. Managed services are offered to guests. The villa is located on the two stunning Loch Palm golf courses.

Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma tv with integrated sound system and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional washroom in the main building.

The garden has been newly re-planted with a broad range of tropical plants and provides a very private place to relax by your own pool.

The golf clubhouse and restaurant as well as the first tee of the original course (there are now two full 18 hole par 72 courses on the site) is less than five minutes walk from the villa.

Advertised rates include cleaning services before your arrival and again upon departure, provision of all linens and towels, use of all amenities, high speed wireless internet, plasma TV, private pool etc.

Additional maid services can be arranged as well as car hire. The management office is less than a one minute walk from the villa and the staff are available to help you with any enquiries that you might have from 8am to 7pm. The owner is also available to assist you at any time.

Late check in is available, guests are asked to vacate the property by midday unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
