Property Details

Our home is 5-10 miles to Disney World, world class shopping, restaurants and dozens of golf courses. The home includes upgraded landscaping, stucco finishing with recessed windows, tile roof, verticals and an upgraded furniture package with many more features. It has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Our paved deck area includes a private spacious pool that is enclosed.

Our home features two great rooms that will allow your guests their privacy or relaxation.
One of the great rooms has a sofa with a queen size sleeper, chair, 27” TV with cable, DVD, VCR and Sony PlayStation 2. The other great room has a sofa, 2 chairs and TV with cable. There are a total of 5 televisions in the home.

Both Master Suites have king size beds, walk-in closets, large private baths and a television with cable. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds, closets, chests and they share a bath.

In the game room you will find a Professional quality billiard table by Legacy. It is an 8’ slate table with gracious styled arched cabinet and Queen Anne legs including hardwood top rails, blinds, and legs with classic bottle green felt and cognac finish. A TurboAire II Hockey table is in the Game Room also.

The pool can be heated if you like at a nominal fee (pool heat recommended November through May). It has an umbrella table 4 patio chairs and 2 loungers on the patio.

Rental Policy

Payments can be made by personal checks and money orders. Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards accepted via PayPal.

Arrival Times

Check-in at 4:00 pm. Check-out at 10:00 am.

Stays less than 6 nights $90 cleaning fee applies. 6 nights or longer fee is waived.
12% Florida Rental Tax applies.
Pool heat (Recommended Nov-May)can be added $25 per night.
$200 Non-refundable deposit required within 14 days of reserving home. Balance due 35 days prior to check-in date.
