Cozumel Sol is a newly built home with top of the line Appliances and Gorgeous Island Rustic Furnishings. All the linens are new and very high quality. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom fully tiled with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bathroom also has a large bathtub. The water system is a state of the art filtration system that offers crystal clear water with excellent pressure. Enjoy the upstairs game room that features a Pool Table, 42" Plasma Screen TV, DVD Player, IPOD ready Sound System, and Bar. This room also has two Queen Murphy beds and opens up to a 1200 square foot deck overlooking the Blue Seas of Cozumel. Relax in the lounge chairs, or swing in the hammocks that hang from the palapa patio cover. This home is the equivalent of having four spectacular hotel rooms with their own private Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, and Game Room. Rental Policy

Once you have confirmed your booking we will send you via email, your Rental Contract for you to sign and fax back to us.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates will be guaranteed at time of booking.
Rates do not include the 12% Mexican tax.
**You will receive 2 complimentary maid services during a 7 night stay.

We require half of the base rent, within 3 business days of your booking. The final payment is the second half of the rental rate; will be due 45 days prior to your arrival.
There is also a completely refundable $500.00 security deposit, which you and your party can deposit with your final payment or upon arrival directly with Cozumel Luxury Rentals' office.
If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we can try to get you a 10% discount!!
