Our Forest Retreat condo is located in the Wildernest complex above Silverthorne, CO.

Property Details

This is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1150 square foot ground floor condo. The open kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio have a southern exposure with a view of the national forest which is directly behind the condo. A queen sized bed is in the master bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a queen sized pull-out couch is in the living room. A full sized washer/dryer is in the condo. A modern all electric kitchen is fully equipped with cookware. The condo is fully supplied with towels and linens. A jacuzzi tub is in the master bath and a steam shower is in the 2nd bath. Two TV's on cable are in the condo. A gas grill is provided on the patio. The free shuttle bus to the ski slopes stops at the end of our parking area. Five major ski slopes are within 15 minutes driving distance. Vail is 30 minutes away.

Rental Policy

This is a nonsmoking condo and pets are not permitted.

Arrival Times

Flexable, depending on prior renters exiting condo and cleaning requirement.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A refundable $50 security deposit, in addition to the rental amount, is required for first time renters. Minimum stay is 5 nights during the holiday season, 4 nights during ski season, and 3 nights during the remainder of the year.
