Fisherman's house on 4 levels just 20 metres from the beach, with a panoramic view of the cliffs. Situated in a tranquil courtyard. Very comfortable space for a maximum of 7 people. The furnishings are new and of highest quality. 3 bedrooms with two beds each and one bedroom/salon with a very comfortable convertible bed. Salon of 25 sq. mt. with "American" style kitchen. Kitchen furnished with all new appliances. Washing machine. Total surface area 90 sq mt. Electric heating.

Etretat boasts one of France's most famous golf courses, an equitation center, and is close to two of the best pleasure boat ports in France, Le Havre and Fecamp. Hiking on many magnificent paths start from Etretat, along the cliffs or inland in the forests and fields of green Normandy.

All of this just 2 hours from Paris, 3 from Brussles, and just across the Channel from England.

Rental Policies

Contract according to standard Clevancance form. 20% at the contract (we accept credit cards) the rest on your arrival. 25% security deposit.

Arrival Times

For weekly rentals, Saturday after 4 PM. Departure Saturday at 10 AM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
