Masseria Ferrari is a typical Apulian farmhouse made up of 18TH century trulli, located in Valle d’Itria in countryside of Martina Franca(TA).
Thanks to recent restoration, based on the original architectural style, Masseria Ferrari now offers self-catering holiday homes with all the comforts, furnished in a typical country style (arte povera).
The apartment Làmia and Casedda are composed of a kitchen, hall-diningroom, two bathrooms and two bedrooms and can accomodate 6 people.

Arrival Times

The guests are asked not to arrive before 15,00pm and to leave at 10,00am on saturday.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Holiday home for one week minimum stay - The Client acknowledges that s/he shall pay a deposit of 30% of the total price of the property prior to issuance of the Confirmation Invoice. Final payment is due a minimum of 20 days before the start date of your rental if you pay by Bank account transfer or by credit card with PayPal services. If you prefer you could pay the balance when you will arrive at Masseria Ferrari but only by cash money. If a booking is made within 20 days of the rental date, the entire contract price is due at the time of booking.
