Property Description

Port Orange is located between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach. It is a beautiful coastal community which is noted for its safety, and its great location--Daytona Beach Shores is a quick five minutes away!

3 bedroom, 2 bath with formal living room with piano/with French doors for privacy, formal dining room, eat in kitchen with island bar, family room with stone wall fireplace and with French doors leading to covered pool area enclosed. Cul-de-sac location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Close to interstate to travel to St. Augustine, Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. Fish pond in side yard. Master bedroom has large private bath with single French door leading to pool area.

Rental Policy

Prefer minimum of one week unless you make me an offer that I can't refuse.

Arrival Times

Check in is at 3 p.m. unless other arrangements made. Check out is at 11 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

f paid by check or money order, a deposit of $500 is payable to hold the reservation. The balance is due 1 week prior to arrival. A $250 security deposit (refundable) is required as well as a $49 Damage Waiver Policy (non refundable) . The security deposit is refundable within a week after departure if everything checks out to be o k. $100 cleaning fee non-refundable.
