Peaceful, comfortable farm house with wrap around porch between historic Abingdon and the "Trail Town" of Damascus. The River House sits privately beside the South Fork of the Holston River and the Virginia Creeper hiking and biking trail.

The River House sits on a 130 acre farm with original buildings. The cheerful interior of the house creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 extra long double bed, 1 three quarter bed, and a twin. The living room has a queen sofa bed. All llinens and towels are provided. The living room has a gas log fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped including small appliances and micorwave. A gas grill is also available.

Rental Policies

30 day notice needed for cancellations for return of deposit.

Arrival Times

Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday for weekly visitors. Sunday-Friday for nightly visitors.
