We offer two air-conditioned Cottages divided by Swimming pool, with king-size beds, living area, kitchenette, TV/DVD, balcony, ensuite. Also a 2 bedroom Bungalow, with an outside heated jacuzzi bath, surrounded by lots of birds, nature and wildlife.

We live at the "Reef and Rain forest Coast" in "Tropical North Queensland" - approximately 60 km north of Cairns and 15 km south of Port Douglas. It is a very convenient point to explore the surroundings with their world famous natural wonders like day trips into the World Heritage Park of the Daintree Rain forest, snorkel or dive the Great Barrier Reef, circle the Atherton Tablelands, have a ride amidst the tree tops of the rain forest on the Kuranda Skyrail, watch the crocodiles in the wilderness of the Daintree River and much more.
If you come back after a full day of experiences into the Mountain View Lodge our swimming pool area awaits you for relaxation in tranquil tropical surroundings. Take the opportunity to barbecue your own meals. Our bungalows are also equipped with two single beds next to each other, lounge, table, chairs, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Last, but not least, we would like to say that we would love to share our little paradise for a few days or weeks in the year with nature lovers.
Rental Policy
To confirm a booking we would like a one night deposit or a credit card number. We won't take any money until you get here, only in case of cancellation we take that one night as administration fee, which we give as a credit if you book back in again within 12 month. We hope that sounds fair.
