This home comes fully furnished. There are couches on both levels, 2 furnished bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a futon. There is a fully furnished guest cabin on the property that sleeps 4 (there is also a sleeping loft, unfurnished – bring your own air mattress and sleeping bag!), has a kitchenette and ¾ bath and is available for an additional $200 a week. Guest cabin is additional $200 wk, $500 mo. Additional cleaning fee of $75 per visit. $500 refundable damage deposit required.
