This 2 bedroom unit is on the ground level, and as such is ideal for a group that has difficulty with stairs and needs two bedrooms. The spacious patio is nicely screened with tropical foliage and is an excellent spot for a quiet breakfast or and afternoon margarita. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide a dramatic entrance into the living room, which features a large built-in sofa that can accommodate a sleeper if desired. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the guest bedroom is equipped with a full size bed.

Rental Policy

2 day minimum rental. A deposit of 50 % is required to reserve a unit A reservation without a deposit will be held for 3 days only. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by Money Order, Wire Transfer, Paypal.Rates do not include 12% IVA Tax. All rates are in US Dollars.
