Nice quiet village, minutes from the motorway, and moments from Guardamar beach! Spanish bars and restaurants in abundance meaning a traditional atmosphere is maintained. A municipal is only round the corner, if our own communal pool is too quiet!

Overlooking orange groves on the quiet side of Formentera del Segura. Literally around the corner are the lovely village church and square.

Traditional Spanish bars and restaurants mix with modern supermarkets - all within walking distance.

Our home has a large terrace facing west, so you can sit with your favourite tipple and watch the sun set over the mountains on the horizon (plenty of pictures on our website).

New furniture and kitchen equipment has been fitted. The kitchen itself is a great design, reminiscent of Art Deco, with granite worktop and mod cons.

A separate roof terrace too (c. 30' by 20') has the sun all day. The solarium room at the top of the internal staircase has a beer fridge / wine-cooler, a big George Foreman grill & optics with complimentary spirits.

FREE WINE too!! Can you imagine a reason NOT to go?

Flights are daily out of most UK airports direct to both Alicante and Murcia airport, so you can go and see yourself!

As well as the wonderful weather, you're ideally placed for beautiful beaches, great golf courses and the laid-back culture.

Whether it's the charming esplanades of Torrevieja, the idyllic rural landscapes or the beautiful white-sand beaches that you're after - you're bound to have your own taste suited.

We're not far from La Manga strip, where you're just as likely to meet TV personalities as you are famous footballers.

At one of the numerous local golf courses, any number of professionals mingle with the humble likes of you or I.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

25% non-refundable deposit payable to reserve booking. Balance (plus £100 'damages' bond) to be paid 10 weeks before departure. Bond returned upon satisfactory report from our key holder. We have a minimum charge of £120, needed to cover the clean, bills, key holder costs, admin fees and other essentials. No minimum stay
