Rental Policy

There is a $500 deposit in which will be returned within 7-10 days upon departure, a two night minimum stay and $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Cancelations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Anything short thereof, deposit is forfeited. This is an owner maintained property; therefore we make every attempt to make this simple and convenient. Any questions you may have, we'd be delighted to answer.
