the bedrooms decor bringing the soothing colors of sand into the master bedroom and
the vibrant colors of the Caribbean to the guest quarters.

The second floor living room and dining areas are adorned by an impressive 20 foot
window overlooking the inner courtyard and a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that
opens to a private terrace. Natural fibers furniture and window treatments give this unit
its unique contemporary and tropical atmosphere. A private rooftop sundeck with Wet
Bar and Barbecue makes it the ideal spot for entertaining.

Rental Policy

2 day minimum rental. A deposit of 50 % is required to reserve a unit A reservation without a deposit will be held for 3 days only. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by Money Oder, Wire Transfer & PayPal. Credit Card payments will have a 5% surcharge. Rates do not include 12% IVA Tax. All rates are in US Dollars.
