This luxurious cottage has been created by converting a Victorian implement barn into a two bedroom self-catering holiday cottage with its own heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. All these facilities are for the exclusive use of guests and are suitable for all year round swimming and entertainment. The cottage sleeps up to 4. The two bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and there is an additional wet room located off the swimming pool. The cottage is situated near the hamlet of Sotby on the edge of the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds (an Area of Outstanding National Beauty), the countryside where Tennyson was born and raised.

At Owl Cottage, in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, you can be as quiet and secluded as you wish as the cottage has its own walled courtyard that makes it completely private. Within a few minutes walk to the West you have Sotby Wood - 300 acres of mixed woodland managed by the Forestry Commission - and a similar distance to the East is Sotby Meadows Nature Reserve. Footpaths, bridleways and green lanes abound in the area.

For those wishing to explore further Lincoln is less than 30 minutes away by car. The East Coast with its resorts and nature reserves is a similar distance. The Deep at Hull (the World's largest salt water submarium) is only about 50 minutes drive to the North. Horncastle with its antique shops is just 10 minutes away. For car and motor bike enthusiasts Cadwell Park Race Track is 7 miles and if horse racing interests you then Market Rasen Race Course is a 15 minute car journey to the North West.
