never know when you are on Fisher Island. This is the most exclusive residential enclave in Miami, or for that matter, the US. Locals call it "Billionaire's Island." It is accessible only by air or sea -
no roads connect it to the mainland.

Fisher Island Studio - Located 7 minutes by private ferry from Miami Beach. The ferry runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day and has no cost. It drops you off at the foot of the bridge into South Beach.

The private residential community of Fisher Island is nestled in a tropical island setting amid the azure water of Biscayne Bay. Here, you will find the ultimate in security and privacy while being only
minutes away from all that South Beach has to offer. As shown on the map (below), the island is located just off the southern tip off South Beach. At the last census and 2007 Forbes, Fisher Island was listed as the wealthiest zip code (33109) with the highest per capita income in the US.

The entire island is lushly landscaped and represents the best of our tropical climate. This newly updated garden view studio apartment is located by the marina at the center of the island. It is also near the fully stocked island market and a wonderful Italian Bistro with water view.

You can look forward to using the half mile of private beach, or the pool which overlooks the wonderful marina. You can watch as the cruise ships silently glide in and out of port while usually being the only one on the private residents beach! This is the ONLY truly private beach in the state of FL as it is open only to Fisher Island residents and guests.

A fully stocked kitchenette is in the studio. Granite counter top, cooktop, refrigerator and microwave are also there for your use. Fully stocked with linens and beach towels. There is a queen size bed with pillow top mattress.

There is a TV and DVD player should you choose to stay indoors (which you won't!).

Note: Certain island amentities such as golf,tennis and some restaurants are not available.
