The villa is sited in an elevated position over the Bay of Kalkan and is a short walk (5 mins) to the nearest shops and restaurants. The main town and harbour are another 5 mins walk each.The villa is a solid traditional looking building and is extremely private with no other villas overlooking. All the rooms are large, cool and spacious. We have provided all the mod cons inc Air Con, Wi Fi access, Satellite TV, DVD players and Hi Fi. There is also a local mobile provided for your use.
The villa comprises :- Two sofa beds, six 'steamer' sun beds with umbrellas, marble-topped table on terrace - seats eight, hammock, cane table and chairs on balcony, table and four chairs on roof terrace, telescope. Large fitted wardrobes and vanity units in bedrooms, Ottoman-style seating area in bedroom three, wrought iron bed-heads, marble flooring on ground floor, wooden flooring on floors one & two, mosquito nets and wooden shutters on all windows, large marble fireplace (working) in sitting room. Safe with digital lock in master bedroom. Large selection of blow up toys and lilos for pool. Hairdryer. Spare fold up single bed in bed 3.
Arrival Times
Open to discussion depending on flight times but Monday is changeover day.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Minimum stay is 1 week.
Normal changeover day is Monday although can be amended if necessary. Tarrif quoted is for 6 people.
Extra person is £100 per week.
