Our 16 apartments and studios were built in 2002 according the latest standards of European Union ,are set on a ground of 10000m² surrounded by sea.In front of the apartments lies a rocky beach ideal for fishing and snorkeling.

Property Details

There are three types of apartment available.
a. Studio (40 m2)
b. Apartment with 1 bedroom (45 m2)
c. Apartment with 2 bedrooms (60 m2).
The studio type apartment of forty square meters consists of a bedroom separated from the rest of the room with a wall, a spacious lounge room equipped with one bed sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, boiler and coffee machine and one veranda with sea view.
The one bedroom type apartment of forty five square meters consists of a bedroom, a spacious lounge room equipped with two bed sofas and television, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, boiler and coffee machine and one veranda with sea view.
The two bedroom apartment of sixty square meters consists of two bedrooms- one with double bed and another one with two singles-,a spacious lounge room equipped with two bed sofas and television, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and two verandas with sea view.
Linen are changed two times per week or more if necessary.
Cleaning lady cleans daily.
All apartments are air conditioned.
The air condition is charged extra 5Euros per day.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There are three seasons for our guests.
Low season begins from 01/04 ends 30/6.
High season begins from 01/07 ends 14/09.
Low season begins from 15/09 - 30/10.

Cancellation

If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 0.00 per night and person for cots
when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
