The door leads to the BBQ area and patio.The dining room has a large wooden table and dresser and again has double french doors leading to the patio area. The lounge opens up onto south views over lovely countryside and a frnt patio. A wood burning chimney is the central vocus. the srairway leads to a landing area and off this are 3 bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
The bathroom has a seperate bath tub and shower , a toilet and washbasin. There is also a downsatirs toilet.
The first bedroom is a large double with south views over the local countryside. The second bedroom is a slightly smaller double and again has a south views.The third bedroom is the childrens bunkbed room.
The gardens are totally private and has large terrace areas with BBQ and eating spa
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance is requested 6 weeks prior to arrival and a security bond of £100. 40 units of electric is included for each week , thereafter a charge of 0.15 cents will be made for each additional unit. Gas is free, water and bedlinen are included. Wood for the chimney is available on request at 15 euros a batch.A cot, baby bath and potty etc are available free of charge.
Minimum stay of 1 week and specail lower rates for *couples only*
