The Ranch House is totally self sufficient with almost everything you might need when away from home. Roz has taken great care in supplying all the little things, (insect repellant to sewing kits) while the main living platform provcides all linen, a fully equipped modern kitchen, free laundry with dryer and outside line, an ensuite to the main bedroom which has a queen bed, Sky Broadcast TV, DVD, Video and loads of information packs on whats happening in Marlborough/Nelson.
We are 45 minutes from both Blenheim and Nelson airports and good restaurants are 10 minutes away.
