Surrounded by verdant mountains, close to a beach that is part of Greek Mythology, the villa consists of two traditional mansions, each one with its own character and charm, with wonderful terraced gardens and a crystal-clear swimming pool.

Each house accommodates min. 6 persons; you can rent them separately or rent the entire property.

Whether you want to relax in family or among friends in a refined atmosphere, or just visit one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of Greece, the Villa Averoff is an ideal place for your weekends and vacations as it offers its guests a unique experience.


You can rent the "Red house", a two level traditional house that sleeps 6 people. Two of the rooms look on to the terrace with a beautiful spa.

You can also rent the "White house", which sleeps 8 persons. The White house is an elegant one-story family house with its private garden and patio surrounded by arcades.

The two houses are set in terraced gardens that offer lovely shady corners to sit out as well as a crystal-clear swimming pool, added ten years ago.

Each house has its own character and charm with luxurious amenities including fully equipped kitchen, stylish decor and large bedrooms.

The Red house and the White house can be rented separately or together as they only share the swimming pool.
