Santa Maria villa apartments are situated in one of the more tranquil areas of Mellieha whilst still being in easy reach of all the resort amenities. These Air conditioned self catering apartments are adaptable as either individual independent with shared pool. Both are fully equipped for a self catering holiday with either twin or double beds, kitchen with dining/lounge area, 1 bathroom – for 1-bedroomed apt. and 1 bathroom & shower toilet ensuite for the 2-bedroom apt. Each apartment has its own front sun patio with own garden furniture. Also B.B. Q. Area with sittings .The apartments form a part of the fully detached villa where the owners live on the upper level although they are totally independent to the apartments themselves

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payments: 1/3 of the amount is requested to secure the booking. Balance would be due 6 weeks prior your arrival. Method: Personal cheques or credit cards are acceptable. Transfer directly to Bank account also available.
