Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We normally book Sat. to Sat. but will consider alternate days if we do not have back to back bookings. There is a three day minimium. 50% deposit is due on confirmation. Balance due 24 hrs before checkin. There is an 11% tax and a $100 cleaning fee. If you are paying by credit card your card will serve as security deposit. Cash clients must pay $500 cash security deposit.

Sep., Oct., Nov. $1500 per week

All rates subject to change. Confirmed on contract signing. Off season and long term rentals negotiable. Holiday weeks can be higher.
