Nestled in an upscale residential neighborhood our vacation home is truly a gem.This is a 3,000 sq ft designer home, completely private, and only a short drive from the lakes and casinos. The entire upper floor of windowslook out at spectacular views of Tahoe Valley and Mt. Tallac.

Enjoy an in-house massage while gazing at the mountains. Lounge on your own 50’ private deck – perfect for summertime BBQs, indulging in private outdoor hot tubs, or simply reading a book in the Adirondacks.

This is our second home and we have equipped it with every amenity imaginable.

The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a double oven, espresso and coffee makers, Cuisinart, microwave, waffle and bread maker, new pots and pans and elegant dishes.

The upstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen are all connected – a perfect place for large groups to hang out. Play games around our brand new cherry wood dining room set, curl up in front of the fireplace, or watch a movie – your choice from a selection of over 200.

The master bedroom suite on the first floor is wheelchair accessible, complete with Jacuzzi tub, new TV and king sized bed. All four spacious, romantic bedrooms on the lower floor have queen beds with high thread count sheets, great mattresses and walk-in closets. Two of these bedrooms overlook the mountains.

Downstairs, the newly renovated rec room has another 27” TV with DVD player, card table, stair-stepper, extensive library,beautiful leather coach and games.

Heavenly Valley lifts are only minutes away, casinos and the Lake are nearby. Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe are only 30:00 away.

Easy access from the Bay Area or Silicon Valley—40:00 closer than comparable Nevada locations! Free Heavenly Valley and Sierra-at Tahoe ski shuttles, within walking distance.

Rental Rates

$350.00 to $950.00 per day

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We require one half up front, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your rental. There is also a cleaning fee of $195, a 10% occupancy tax and security deposit of $500 which we return within 2 weeks of your stay.
