Enjoy the spectacular golf and ocean views. Watch the golfers play hole eight of the Robert Trent Jr. designed 27 hole ocean Makai course. Walk 50 yards from the condo to the bluff and watch a famous “Bali Hi” sunset or wake up to a gorgeous sunrise on your own private lanai. Step outside the complex and take a walk or jog along the 3 mile paved Princeville path. A 15-minute walk takes you to the Princeville Hotel, beach and restaurants as well as famous Hideaways beach. Hideaway’s is rated as one of the best snorkeling spots on Kauai!
Kauai is the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands and has some of the best most diverse beaches (all public). Swimming, shelling, Snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, boogie boarding and kite sailing can all be done within a few minutes drive.
Did I mention hiking? There is fantastic hiking all over Kauai. The Famous Na Pali Coast Trail “Kalalau Trail” is a 20 minute drive located at Kee’ beach. There are two tennis clubs (one walking distance) the Princeville Tennis club and the Hanalei Bay Tennis Club. There is a wonderful Princeville Health Spa a 5 min. drive away that offers, a full gym, aerobic, yoga, and dance classes, pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massages and facials. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available to the public.
This complex has a nicely landscaped tropical pool and Jacuzzi, gas BBQ, clubhouse room and bathroom. The condo is situated in the back of the complex (no road noise) and is very quiet. You can hear birds, distant waves and an occasional chicken.
Nine-foot ceilings and windows allow lots of light and cool trade winds. We have all new ceiling fans. For those extra steamy days enjoy watching a movie on the new 47” TV in the air conditioned living area, or relax and listen to a Hawaiian music CD. We also provide high-speed wireless Internet service.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 30” TV and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin bed with 19” TV. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room (condo sleeps 2-6). This unit can be locked off to rent as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom as well. Please ask for the discounted 1-bedroom rates.
We provide beach mats, towels, cooler, beach bag, and even sand toys. Come stay and play in this great Princeville Kauai condo!

Rental Policies

$300 deposit required at time of booking. Full payment 30 days prior to check-in.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please add %11.42 HI state tax and a cleaning fee of $140 per booking. There is also a fully refundable $500 security deposit required at the time of booking.
$165 rate or 1 week 1100 for two people lock-off 1bed/1bath rate!
