Property Details

The Holly Haven House, a newly remodeled period Victorian, is located just a few hundred feet from the beach. Central air conditioning and central heat have just been added on all three floors to make your stay even more enjoyable. Ocean views may be found from the Easterly bedrooms on the second and third floors. The home boasts a huge four sided wrap around porch with plenty of seating and room for outdoor living. Stained glass windows and original hardwood floors may be found throughout this period home. A large entry foyer opens to a colorful living room with fireplace. A flat screen television with a combination DVD / VCR is found in the living room. The house is equiped with high speed, wireless internet connection. Through a quaint archway lies the dining room with plenty of seating for at least ten. The dining room also contains a fireplace. In addition, there is an eat in kitchen area located off the dining room to accommodate more people. A den with television and sleeper sofa may be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs for privacy. This room is perfect for elderly or handicapped guests who might have trouble climbing stairs. Kitchen, and full bath with laundry facilities complete the downstairs.

The second floor contains four separate bedrooms, and three full baths. Hardwood floors and stained glass windows continue on the second floors as well. In addition to the main staircase, a rear staircase from the kitchen empties to the rear of the second floor.

The main staircase continues to the third floor where three additional bedrooms and a full bath are found. The bath still has the original claw foot tub. The whimsical third floor is perfect for children.

%50 deposit due at the time of reservation. The balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check in date. Personal checks will not be accepted on date of check in. No exceptions!

$1,000 security deposit fully refundable within 14 days of check out given no damage, missing inventory, or excessive cleaning required.
