Property Description

This house is situated next to a small farm camping. There is a pool for all guests and a jeu de boules court. A beautiful lake is at 300 meters, beaches at 32 kms. Ideal for hiking, fishing, golf, tranquility, nature, sightseeing, boattrips, rest!

Property Details

Maison Passerose (4 p) is situated entirely on the ground floor and has only 1 step to the master bedroom. It is situated in an old barn which is now being fully renovated.
It consists of a living - dining room with open plan kitchen. All furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 4 people. In the bathroom you have a large shower, wash-basin and toilet. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a boxspring (140 x 200). The second bedroom has 2 single boxsprings (90 x 200).
In the kitchen you will find a complete inventory, a senseo coffeemachine, an electric kettle, a microwave and a fridge. A washing machine and dryer are not in the house, but available at a small charge on the camping. A one time use of washer/dryer per week is included in the price.
In front of Maison Passerose you have a large garden and terrace and a through way to the camping so you can use the pool. Of course this through way is for your use only. Oposite Maison Passerose is the original farm which is in use as a holiday house as well. Next to Maison Passerose you can find our farm animals wandering in their meadow: chickens, roosters, ducks, and geese. You have a lovely view over a small valley.
Thanks to thick walls your house stays cool in the warm summer months, in winter it can be heated. It can be rented all year round. The entire house is tastefully furnished.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside. A tv (no channels) + dvd-player is available.
In order to travel more lightly, you can order a linen package from us, we will then make your beds on arrival, provide 2 towels and a washcloth per person and include all kitchen linen.
All camping facilities are also available to guests in the house.
Weekend rentals are possible, yet not in July and August.

Rental Policies

Linen can be rented. Washer and dryer at a small fee on camping. One time usage per week is included.

Arrival Times

Arrival after 4 PM, departure before 10 AM. Different times on request.

Rental Rates

EUR 325.00 to EUR 700.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are in euros. Deposit 50%, total amount due 2 months before arriving. Minimum stay 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday in July + August. Other months minium stay 3 nights.
Cleaning fee € 50. Deposit € 200 per week booked. All linen 50 euros for 4 or 30 euros for 2 persons.
