Falcon House is a luxury, contemporary holiday house on Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds Water Park. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 8 adults in comfort. A travel cot and futon mattresses are available for young children making this house perfect for family get togethers. The house is also equipped with essential baby equipment (highchair, changing mat, baby bath, steriliser, baby backpack, baby monitors, plastic cups etc)
Lower Mill Estate is 6 miles from Cirencester and is a great base for exploring all the Cotswolds towns and further afield Bath and Oxford. There is a pub in walking distance and several more just a short drive away.
Lower Mill Estate has a beautiful Spa with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis. The Estate covers 450 acres and includes two SSSI. There are 7 private lakes for boating and fishing (you can even fish on your own doorstep in Clear Lake).
In the surrounding Water Park area there is an extensive range of water sports available, golf, fishing and horse riding.
Falcon House has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Britain and Quality in Tourism.
Rental Policy
Rental prices include all utilities, bed linen and towels for 8 people and use of the Spa and leisure facilities. A welcome pack is included (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, tea towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Falcon House is available for short and long breaks. Preferred changeover days are Monday and Friday but other days can be accomodated.
