Property Details

Our house has 5 apartments, each individually furnished and designed to give a home from home atmosphere. Located on the edge of woodland in a quiet residential area, our apartments make an excellent location for your holiday in this beautiful region. The centre of the historic spa town of Bad Ischl is just 10-15 minutes walk away.

We have 4 apartments which sleep 2-4 guests and a studio apartment which sleeps 2-3. Each apartment has a private bathroom with either a shower or a bath. The kitchen areas are well fitted with oven with integrated microwave,hob, dishwasher, fridge,kettle,toaster and coffee maker. There is space to relax in the living area.

Outside there is a garden with space to sit and enjoy the view or have a BBQ. There is free on site parking.

Rental Policies

We like all our guests to enjoy a restful holiday so ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am each day.

Arrival Times

Holidays can start and end on any day. We live on site, so can arrange for arrival at any time to suit our guests.

Rental Rates

EUR 45.00 to EUR 75.00 per day
EUR 315.00 to EUR 525.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

End cleaning charge of 30 euros payable on all stays. 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking and balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
