Oceanfront cottages located on 5 private acres where ONLY 500 feet seperate the ocean from Cocobay. Each cottage offers beautiful waterviews.
We have 5 cottages to choose from,Ideal for family gatherings or honeymoon couples alike.
Each cottage has a full kitchen, living-room ,outside porches with dining table and chairs to dine or read a good book!

Our dock is available for boats up to 23ft.
Come relax in our oceanfront hammock for a change of pace !

Rental Policy

Minimum 5 nights stay, non-refundable 500.00 deposit due at booking. balance 40 days prior to arrival

check-in after 2pm ,any day of the week. check out 10.30am
