A beautifully restored french country cottage near to Le Mont St Michel. The cottage is set in stunning scenery and huge grounds. The gorgeous conservatory overlook meadows where deer play in the dusk and where they come to feed in the day.Wonderful

Property Details

The cottage has a twin and a double bedroom overlooking the gardens and the meadows . There is a modern shower room with toilet and wash basin. The rooms are well equipped and the linen is clean and fresh and comes as part of the package. The mezzanine is in the attic space and is great for a teenager. The velux overlooks the south. Downstairs there is a large kitchen area with easy access to the BBQ area and second terrace. The kitchen is eqipped with all the usual modern day equipement. The lounge are is cosy and is centralised around a chimney where logs can be burnt to take the chill off the night air. The tv has a dvd and video player and satellite tv with most of the worlds major news channels.
The conservatory are is the place to be. One are is a quiet sitting area for perhaps taking an apero or quietly watching the array of wildkife, especially deer. The dining area at the other end of the conservatory is a large space where a meal can be enjoyed whilst, again watching the amazing wildlife in the beautiful meadows and woodlands that surround the cottage.

The outdoor space is vast and natural, but there is also a good lawned are for sunbating and relaxing in. Two terraces and a bbq are are alos provided, along with sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Special rates are available for couples only. A deposit of 50 % is required on booking and the balance plus a £100 security bond is requested 6 weeks prior to arrival.

40 units of electric is free for each week and thereafter a charge of 0.15 cents per extra unit is charged. Towels are £3.50 per wet and wood for the chimney is available at 15 euros per batch.
