Rental Rates

$770.00 to $1,085.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
A $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be applied to all reservations.

TAXES: Rentals of less than six (6) months are subject to Florida state sales tax of 6 ½% and Manatee County resort taxes of 4%.



Reservations require a $500 performance/damage deposit.
Visa or Master Card is accepted for deposits only.
Personal check, cash or traveler’s checks can make rental payments.
